Goat Cheese and Strawberry Bruschetta

Pronounced either (broo-SKEH-tah) or (broo-SHEH-tah) the classic Italian appetizer is traditionally rubbed with garlic and drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil. This variation can be prepared about 30 minutes before serving if using toasted baguette slices, or up to 1-1/2 hours with untoasted bread. Some stores carry a honey-flavored goat cheese which can be substituted for the plain goat cheese and honey.
