Blueberry Mango Energy Smoothie

Firm, soft, or silken tofu all blend smoothly and add protein and calcium. Wheat germ adds fiber, vitamin E and folic acid, and blends well with the smoothie ingredients.

Ingredients
  • 1pkg. Volume(6 oz) Driscoll’s Blueberries
  • 1  1  1 cup CUP_USVolumefrozen mango chunks (4 ounces)
  • 2/3  2/3  2/3cups CUP_USVolumeorange juice
  • 2  2  2 oz. OUNCE_USVolumetofu (about 2-inch cube)
  • 2  2  2 Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolumewheat germ
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients except ice in a blender until fruit is pureed.  
  2. Add 3-4 ice cubes and blend until smooth.  
  3. Serve cold.
