Blackberry Pear Asian Salad

Adding blackberries to almost any salad couldn’t be easier. It is a great way to add a healthy boost of fiber, antioxidants and flavor.

Ingredients
  • 1pkg. Volume(6 oz) spring mix lettuce
  • 1pkg. Volume(6 oz) Driscoll’s Blackberries
  • 1ripe pear, cored and cubed
  • 3/4  3/4  3/4cups CUP_USVolumesliced or cubed cucumber
  • 2green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4  1/4  1/4cup CUP_USVolumetoasted sliced almonds
  • 1/4  1/4  1/4cup CUP_USVolumeSesame Ginger Salad Dressing
Instructions
  1. Arrange lettuce, blackberries, pear, cucumber, green onion and almonds evenly on four salad plates.  
  2. Drizzle salads with dressing to taste.
