Mixed Berry Smoothie

Crystallized ginger adds a sweet spiciness to this berry blend. A few pinches of dry ginger can be substituted. Ginger is listed on many “super foods” lists, along with berries, so this smoothie is a super refreshing, healthy treat.

Ingredients
  • 1cup CUP_USVolumeDriscoll’s Blueberries
  • 1cup CUP_USVolumeDriscoll’s Raspberries or Blackberries
  • 1cup CUP_USVolumeDriscoll’s Strawberries, halved or quartered
  • 1cup CUP_USVolumevanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2cup CUP_USVolumeorange juice
  • 1Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolumefinely chopped crystallized ginger
  • Berries for garnish
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients plus two ice cubes in a blender until smooth.  
  2. Garnish with additional berries before serving.
