Barbary Flip Cocktail

Cachaça is a distilled alcoholic beverage made in Brazil, very similar to rum. The combination of Cachaça, the pineapple-infused vodka and the lime juice give this drink light tropical flavors, and egg white gives this drink its frothy texture.

Ingredients
  • 1oz. OUNCE_USVolumeSagatiba Velha Cachaça
  • 3/4 3/4 3/4oz. OUNCE_USVolumeSkyy Infusions Pineapple Vodka
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2oz. OUNCE_USVolumeBenedictine
  • 1oz. OUNCE_USVolumelime juice, freshly-squeezed
  • 1fresh egg white
  • 1Driscoll's Stawberry and Angostura Bitters, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Combine Sagatiba Velha Cachaça, Skyy Infusions Pineapple Vodka, Benedictine, lime juice, and egg white in an ice-filled shaker and shake for 20 to 30 seconds, or until well chilled. 
  2. Strain through a fine strainer into a chilled Champagne coupe glass, and garnish with a Driscoll Strawberry that has been doused with Angostura bitters.
