Ingredients
  • 2each VolumeDriscoll's Blackberries
  • 4oz. OUNCE_USVolumeAppleton Estate Reserve Rum
  • 2oz. OUNCE_USVolumeDemerara syrup (raw sugar with coarse crystals)
  • 2oz. OUNCE_USVolumefresh lime juice
  • 2tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumeMarashino liquor (Luxardo preferred)
  • 1oz. OUNCE_USVolumepomegranate juice
  • 2each Volumelime wheels (for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Add blackberries to cocktail shaker and muddle berries. 
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the lime wheels. 
  3. Fill with ice. Shake and strain, pouring into two martini glasses garnished with lime wheels.
